It's not just Gen Z men giving up for those reasons. A lot of Millennial men are giving up too for the same reasons. Millennial men are only a little bit older than Gen Z men. So both groups of men pretty much had to deal with the same shit. Soyciety pretty much badly fucked over most men under the age of 60. And then is telling these men to eat more shit.
I know a few Gen X'ers and one or two Z's who feel like giving up because of money and relationship issues; some of whom made it harder on themselves by making poor life choices in their youth (and the system is unforgiving as hell). Not one of them ever said they deserved better, all of them were willing to work for it though.
On more than one occasion I loaned different friends a few dollars to keep bills paid and food on the table; one of whom was even homeless for a few weeks. For all the black pill content out there, I'd sure like to see some stories of people helping each other when things get real bad.

Yeah, as a Millenial I cringe to hear people saying "GenZ are entitled". We have it bad, but they have it worse.

I'm technically a millennial, but I am only a few years from the start of Gen Z so I tend to relate to them more since my situation is very similar.
