No, women don't have to be anything. This is something men have to work hard for too. Women just want recognition and affirmation without doing the work.
Now, to be fair, the speech is adressing issues of modern society but instead of blaming shitlibs, they are blaming men as a collective, that's the real trick. They want independence but they don't want to work for it, they want to be provided for but don't want to be supportive either, they want to have their cake and eat it too, and if it's something impossible they blame men because it's unfair and shit, why isn't that millionare CEO giving them money for existing?
Ken doesn't establish a "patriarchy". Ken establishes what feminists think a patriarchy is. The movie is supposed to be a gender reversal, but it betrays itself because Greta Gerwig realizes the real world "patriarchy" isn't so bad and presenting it in earnest would be more flattering of it than condemn it. And even then...
The last act pivots towards a clumsy message about sisterdom and motherhood, it's just "vibes". And women use it as affirmation because "omg, it's soooo hard to be a woman!"
Even worse, by their logic, Ken is the accessory, a background character whose existence revolves around Barbie and he's reprehended for it. If the genders were flipped feminist wold be crying sexism. Men die but don't mind because their legacy is in transforming the world. Women cry if they don't feel special because their legacy is in plastering their face everywhere
Feminism isn't about equality, it's about emasculating men, putting down men and using men as a scapegoat when things go to shit, because they subconsciously believe, they are biologically wired to believe, it's men's duty to fix shit. Uh, btw. wasn't the message that patriarchy hurts men too? No, the core message is "at least, we, women still control access to sex"

I kinda watched the whole thing from a distance myself so I'm not the best person to ask, but my impression was that Ken's "popularity" was more of an ironic thing meant to piss off the feminists than people genuinely liking anything about the movie.
Healthy societies are the stuff of feminist nightmares. They depicted a "happier situation" and expected people to be horrified because they project their deranged worldview onto everyone else.
Maybe, but it also seems to have been one of those "so ironic it turns out based" attempts by retarded women and Leftists because their idea of a parody is actually something others would support.
