I've been trying to draw attention to this phenomenon for a while; first generation immigrants have tons of kids but their kids have birth rates as low or lower than our own. That's one of the reasons immigration can't fix population decline.
The bigger question is: why don't people have kids in the West? It's impossible to argue that we have worse material conditions or healthcare than Africa or Asia. So what is it?
Estrogen in the water supply? Toxic culture? Anti-natalist policies?
Not just the West, birth rates are also cratering in the East as well, and mostly for the same reasons: cultural influence.
The reasons for even being in a relationship have been erased, unless you're religious and see the need to follow the first edict of the Bible: be fruitful and multiply.
In secularism there is no reason to be married and no reason to multiply. Majority of today's women (in the East and the West) have been convinced that abortions are the most important "issue" they face, and they have also been convinced that the thing they were made for (giving birth) is an inconvenience.
Couple this with nonstop propaganda across every medium of media convincing women that they: "don't need no man", are "strong and independent", that they need to focus on a "career and education", and that they can "always start a family later".
This kind of heavy-handed cajoling has worked wonders on wenches. Check the polls that were posted here about how Conservative White men value family more than any other demographic of women.
The other major problem is -- as you astutely pointed out -- is the emasculation of men in media, and the demasculation of men in behaviour, pushed by the gynocentrism of the zeitgeist.
Everywhere in media blokes are being told that masculinity is "toxic", and have been fed all kinds of BS to raise estrogen levels and decrease testosterone. Lots of the average young blokes are EXTREMELY blue pilled -- though it appears straight White lads who at least attempt to get informed are being red pilled and taking the appropriate measures to fix the issue.
But lots of the lads are weak and deify femininity, hence the simp epidemic. And females deify solipsistic materialism.
So if you have the young lads worshiping women, who in turn only worship themselves -- you end up in a Mouse Utopia situation.
As others pointed out in other threads, this all gets fixed when White Christian lads put their foot down, tell the lasses "No!" and do what needs to be done to correct course. Hopefully the data in this post is a slight indicator of that beginning to happen.

Men essentially have nothing to live for except worshipping women, at least according to modern societal morals, and so we have nothing but pervs and simps. Men as a whole need to start taking back control and doing it unashamedly.
There are maybe only two or three content creators that actually call this out for what it is, and only one (Dave Hammond -- even though he still married a former lesbian whore) who tells men to simply STOP chasing women and de-center women and relationships altogether.
Every other channel out there, forum, and marriage counseling community out there all tell men that "women are the prize". So young lads center themselves around working, evolving, and leveling up for the sake of women rather than for the sake of self, or productivity, or discovery, or to evolve.
