Comic Book Resource wrote an article a few days ago talking about how casting a black Snape would give them a chance to deepen Snape's character. I'm getting kinda tired of the insta backstory of growing up black is somehow a deeper and meaningful story.
"But da kulchur bro. Da kulchur."
Every "Black Childhood" story is just Lord of the Flies if there were also girls to rape and cars to steal.
A black wizard has life harder than a white muggle smdh.
I don't even like Harry Potter that much, but would be nice if White people could just have our things and not have them fucked with.
Like what? a TV show from a book series that was written by a radfem? Anti-white by definition? This sub needs to start picking better battles...
Oh, we have Norse mythology, historical figures, historical games in medieval Europe. They all suffer the same problem
The author of that book series is JKR, a staunch feminist, so radfem she got in trouble with the "alt feminists" like the ones that control Reddit.
I find people trying to somehow claim Harry Potter ever had a shred of authenticity stupid. Harry Potter is woke, top to bottom. And JKR very much approves all that shit.
This is where I think these videos constitute grifting more than a genuine criticism.
