What a sad and mostly preventable way to die I wonder if he was scared of Doctors or hospitals? a Rectal scan usually would pick up on that but alot are embarrassed to ask their Dr.
Imagine being worth a few hundred Million dollars an then some but you aren't aware how bad your new terminal illness or cancer has gotten That's got to fucking suck!

That's screening designed for normal cancer, it'd have to be maybe every year or two to catch turbo cancer in time.
