"Jessica Yaniv" has brought formal notice of legal proceedings against the @WSOnlineNews with the BC Human Rights Tribunal and civil court for misgendering him.

In short, we are guilty. Guilty as sin.
But in a free country, we are allowed to hurt people’s feelings. And based on his history of vexatious litigation, almost everything offends Mr. Yaniv.
In a free country, free people are allowed to disagree peacefully in the strongest possible terms about the emergence of a radical new political and social ideology.

BREAKING: Jessica Yaniv Simpson has filed a complaint against me with the BC Human Rights Tribunal. He says I violated his human rights by calling him a man, and by denying the existence of transgender identities.
This violent man previously threatened to shoot and kill me, and pleaded guilty to uttering threats. I also had a restraining order against him for a couple of years.
Jessica rose to fame several years ago when he contacted close to 20 female estheticians and demanded they wax his intact male genitalia. Most of these women were of Indian descent, and several worked from home with small children.
Jessica Simpson was formerly known as Jonathan Yaniv, and he is a vexatious litigant with a long history of lawfare. He now has several criminal convictions and even assaulted an elderly man at his mother’s care home. The Municipality of Langley sent him a legal letter a few years ago declaring that their first responders would stop showing up at his home to help him out of the bathtub. He was calling them every day after he had his vaginoplasty for emergency help to get out of the tub, and he treated these brave city employees abusively.
Of note, this is the same Human Rights Tribunal which recently fined Barry Neufeld $750,000 for injury to dignity because Barry, like me, does not believe in gender identity ideology.
Not only did the Tribunal fine Barry, they literally stated the following:
“If a person elects not to ‘believe’ that gender identity is separate from sex assigned at birth, then they do not ‘believe’ in transpeople. This is a form of existential denial.
“A person does not need to believe in Christianity to accept that another person is Christian. However, to accept that a person is transgender, one must accept that their gender identity is different than their sex assigned at birth.”
The Tribunal has declared that all British Columbians must believe in gender identities.
I do not believe in gender identities. I never will. And I welcome this fight with open arms. So my message to you, BC Human Rights Tribunal, is please accept Mr. Jessica Simpson’s complaint.

“The Respondent referred to me as a ‘man’ and stated that ‘nobody is transgender.’” That’s right. Thank you for summarizing it so wonderfully.
Interestingly, Mr. Simpson says “I am First Nations, Métis or Inuit. I want an Indigenous Navigator to contact me about the process.”

I don't think so. He was found guilty like 3 times for assault.
The Canadian justice system is unbelievably lenient with anybody that isn't a straight white male (or a conservative). It doesn't matter what he gets found guilty of, he is never going to face more than a slap on the wrist.
The Gladeu Report mandates it. If people here want a headfuck they can search that up plus court cases and see how little time people are getting up here. It is legally required to reduce sentences for each DEI intersectionality unless these are negated by whiteness and maleness.
The Gladeu slippery slope has gotten so crazy that even Alberta has a separate fucking court where natives can get dragged in front of a council of elders instead of a judge. Usually they get asked if they're sorry and, shit you not, sentenced to rehabilitation in a sweat lodge and issuing an apology to the community. For violent fucking crimes.
Recently we had a rapist get a sentence reduced from 10-15 to 3 years because he was black and grew up poor so he'd been through enough and couldn't have been expected to do better.

It gets wilder when you look at the merited complaints that BC rejects. Things like service animals leading to fines in strata properties and that kind of thing. But this, they'll pull out all the stops for and fine people out of their livelihoods.
It's happened many times in Canada.
