Just watched the ending of a full playthrough. Holy shit, you're right! This game is surprisingly (and most definitely accidentally) based. Your lesbian girlfriend is a treacherous abuser, she is firmly convinced she is a victim of oppression, and she thinks nothing of killing hundreds of common people over some vaguely-defined idea of setting up some new society over the old traditional one.
It also ends with the implication that at least one of the lesbians kills the other (which one is left ambiguous). Leftists HATE this. They go absolutely ballistic when a lesbian dies in a story for any reason!
It's no surprise it scored so badly with gaming urinalists despite all the support they gave it in the weeks leading up to its release. I wonder if Jennifer English was ever aware of what the story actually was. I have a hard time believing she'd ever agree to do this otherwise. Then again, hypocrisy is the name of the game for her kind.
You'd be surprised at how in the dark voice actors can often be about the productions they're involved in. It's possible English might not have been aware of the context of her character's quasi-feminist rants, either due to her own ignorance or the devs not being fully honest with her. She might have thought we were supposed to agree with Bianca when the truth is she was a madwoman delivering a villainous monologue.

I don't see how she couldn't, considering her ranting at the end.
