Welfare can work, it can’t work when you’re importing millions each year and over half end up on welfare while the other half are mass hired to cut wages and kill American communities.
Scandinavian countries, some of which are still supermajority white, all have had amazing welfare for a long time. Even other European countries have pretty great social nets. I'm told that the only homeless bums in Germany essentially want to live on the street.

To the extent that social safety nets are "bad," it's probably that they suppress people's desire to take care of themselves and obviate the need for male support. One could argue our social services are too generous overall.

I'm not sure I actually buy that as the sole explanation. I think some level of social safety net can work, but only in high trust, high IQ homogenous populations. So basically only White countries and Japan. If we want that shit we gotta chuck out all the subhumans and restore a White super majority.

Social safety nets work when they’re used by a cohesive group. American welfare was designed to be a wealth redistribution system. When the right culture (high trust) is in function you can have an expanded safety net with low amounts of fraud. You can’t have welfare in a multicultural (low trust) society because it will always be more corrupt than beneficial.

Every homeless shelter has some kind of restriction on drugs. These degenerates would rather sleep on the sidewalk in piss-soaked underwear if it means they can get high.
tl;dr: Welfare is too corrupt and should get massively overhauled at least (only legal citizens) or removed at the Federal level so States could do it but they would have to fund it themselves.

Welfare sounds like a good idea until you realize it eventually promotes people to be lazy and not do anything to better themselves and end up contributing to society so said programs can continue to function properly.
At minimum it should be massively overhauled to put hard limits on what you can get (ie you only get welfare for up to 2 kids for up to 5 years max or such) and only be available to American citizens.
Hell I'd also say purchases made using it should be tracked and anyone using it for stupid shit (ie, queen shaniqua and her multi-hundred dollar nails and mop-head hair) would be removed from the program and banned from ever using it again.
