Am I the only person who just wasn’t crazy about Season 1? Everyone was sucking it off like it was the herald that tv was finally healing but I just thought it had so much retard shit shoveled into it. Like Peter Claffey is awesome in it but the stupid modern gub-gub bugman humor and th shitty casting of everyone else ruined it for me. Why did they turn Lyonel Baratheon into a even gayer Jack Sparrow? Why is a child actor talking about fisting? Why do I have to see diarrhea, giant cocks, and niggers in every episode? Why the fuck is the jousting at night? It’s like they wanted to make a shittier, more modern A Knight’s Tale .
Maybe it’s my fault for reading the Graphic Novel first? That was top-tier. Anyway autistic rant over.
Honestly the bar is so low that's why myself and others praised it so much. I could def nitpick stuff and I think most of your critiques are valid. But I did enjoy it overall, everything else sucks these days
I did the audiobook and still enjoyed it, but I also had a couple years in between. I forgot about the graphic novel actually, thanks for reminding me. I'm gonna check it out
I didn't even bother watching it, because I don't trust TV producers. I'll give a show a chance if it can make it to the series finale without going woke or otherwise jumping the shark.
Same. I don't even bother because there's gonna be a bunch of woke shit and when I point it out people will be like "well it's not as woke as insert series, why can't you just enjoy it!" as a nigger rapes some woman on screen.
You probably aren't the only one. I enjoyed it. Lyonel is a little faeish at first but I enjoyed him. I know the tone of the tv show was supposed to be more light-hearted than the novellas they are adapted from.
I liked him in the trial of the seven, that finally unfucked him a little bit for me. I still hate his look though, his actor would have been better as Baelor.

That’s what I figured. If I hadn’t read the Graphic Novel it would probably be a whole letter grade higher for me.

All three D&E graphic novels are excellent, I highly recommend them if you don’t care about the show being spoiled.
Maybe go outside?
Maybe suck my dick?
I read the book years ago and thought it was shit.
I've only seen 2-3 episodes, but the one that really got me was the fucking jousting at night. That's just so...dumb. Just, DUMB.
The giant cock I thought was pretty funny..
