I understand your logic. It’s unlikely my antiVax family doctor of 30+ years wants to genocide me. However, Jews have massive in group bias and it’s better to remove them all then to sit and pick out the “good ones”

YES. There is no reliable mechanism to filter out the bad actors from that population, especially when their own religious text says that it is morally acceptable to lie to those outside their own group. We fundamentally cannot coexist with a group that has foundational principles that directly contradict our own. Not only that, but their extreme in group bias naturally leads them to nepotism and parasitically drain our societies for their own benefit.
I know Jewish people in real life who aren't child raping monsters. But if there were a button to press that would make all of them go away I would press it in a heartbeat. Not because I hate those people in my life, but because I am not willing to sacrifice my civilization, my people, and my heritage for what amounts to a couple outsiders, many of whom bring nothing but death and misery.

the mechanism is quite simple: accept the good people, weed out the bad people.
Filter out liars, murderers, rapists, and frauds, and filter out anyone who covers for them.

I guarantee you the “good ones” will just as quickly call you anti-semite and fight you if given the chance.
It's like how "moderate" muslims tell us it's only the radical extremists who are doing all the raping and terrorism.
All while they themselves do nothing about those radical extremists and call us islamophobic for trying to get rid of them.
They have had 2000 years to assimilate. That any of them hold themselves separate shows that they must be removed.

You underestimate the power of their internal propaganda. Little Jeremiah, after the trauma of having his entire foreskin ripped off without anesthesia, had an abusive childhood where he was programmed to fear and despise the goyim. When grown, he will most likely do anything the zionist mafia asks, because he deeply believes that mafia is the only thing protecting him from being holocausted. Look into Brother Nathaniel sometime. He's an ultra-rare legit jewish convert to Christianity, who became an Eastern Orthodox monk and openly calls out his former co-religionists on their misdeeds, including how they abuse and propagandize their little jewlings.
