I don't really consider this a win. Trannies should face the consequences of their bad decisions or their parents had decisions. When you sue like this and win, it will raise the cost of everyone's insurance. Why should I pay for a tranny's mistake? Why should doctors get fucked over for trannies making mistakes.

Why should doctors get fucked over for trannies making mistakes?

Gee, why should people who swore an oath to heal and not harm be punished for mutilating someone for money? That's a real headscratcher, ain't it?

Not doing something that someone else wants is harming them.

Hi Doctor, can you please give me some Ivermectin?

Sorry, I can't do that because I swore an oath not to harm people and Ivermectin will harm you!

How about you give people the medicine and medical care they want instead of deciding what is good and isn't good for them?

You're the 5 year old. You need daddy government to decide what's good and bad for you.

Because this will lead to insurance companies no longer covering tranny surgeries, which will basically eliminate those surgeries.

At the end of the day, as long as I am not paying for anyone else's medical care then it doesn't matter to me what others get up to.

The real crux of the problem is that government legislation forces me to pay for the medical care of others.
