Because being on TV at one time and talking about stuff that he was told to talk about means he gets to storm churches and harass the congregants forever.
He violated the FACE act that explicitly covers exactly what he bragged he was doing when he repeatedly said ''we'' about all the ''activism'' of terrorising children in a church.
