My entire budget for the entire month - food, rent, heat, everything included - is 1000$.
I dont get who would pay 2400$ for this trash. Really. How do you even pay that? Most people BARELY make 2400$ net per month (I'm a teacher and I make 3200$ net per month, full time). An I supposed to spend 75% of my income on rent?
A lot of people in this situations live with others and or have government help. But yeah, housing prices are insane. When I was in Boise my first year gas was still a 1.90 and my two bedroom apartment with a balcony was 1250 a month. The apartment was considered pricey for the region. The very next year with all of the people moving the Boise cost caught up and gas shut up to $5 an hour and my apartment went up to 1750. The year after that my apartment was 1950 and when I left to go back to Washington the guy after me paid over two grand. I looked into downsizing into something more affordable but at the time all of the studio apartments in the area were 1700. I am told by friends in the region that housing prices got a little more sane and wages got a little better but the area is still very expensive especially in comparison to Eastern Washington. Boise is significantly more expensive than Spokane.
the globohomo is doing several things. 1) rob you via tax, inflation, corruption. 2) be doing 1 and making things unafordable, they push people towards communism. 3) they get hardons seeing you get cucked and poor.
they see whites and some asians be well-off (not wealthy) and they can't stand it. they get horney from seeing you be dirt poor and sad.
$1,000/month for ONLY rent in my town could be achieved by moving into a murder ghetto. Want to live like a normal person? You're looking at $1500/ month, which is the same as my mortgage payment on an 1800 sq ft house with a yard

Boise wishes it was Spokane. Cour D'Alene is the weird sibling.
