There is no mechanism to fix everything. You have to demographically replace the entire political class, and then also remove the middle-managerial elite from all positions of power everywhere.

For the sake of argument, let's say you're correct. Why would they now take the responsibility of obeying the law simply because they received a letter? I would assume the vast majority would simply ignore it, if they can even read it.

This is a DARVO statement if I've ever seen one. We know who's embezzling federal funds, and it ain't Trump. It's Waltz.
