Gloating about Machado 'giving' him the prize after he said didn't care to make her the Venezuelan president is even more embarrassing and if he now endorses her to become the Venezuelan president then it confirms the rumors that the only reason he snubbed her was because she didn't give him the prize in the first place.
Add to that that he can't stop himself from publicly acting like Bibis lapdog it doesn't make him look in any way respectable. It makes him look like an embarrassing cunt.
I don't really see how that tweet is embarrassing in itself though. If someone decided to give you their nobel prize, shouldn't you recognize their generosity? Even if he did believe the prize itself was meaningless, it would look insulting and ungrateful if they didn't post about it.
They think Trump does this because he's sooo desperate for a Nobel that he'll settle for somebody else's. In reality Trump does this to mock the Nobel for ignoring actual peace and giving prizes to people just for being black for example.
