You are current expressing your emotions, thoughts and feelings through a paint-by-numbers lexicon given to you as a tool so we may both infer the same, or at close to similar, concepts with one another.
That is no different from a different tool intending to do something equal.
Whether it works or not is subjective, but for some it feels like it does.
Unless, your way is the chosen way of God or something. In which case I'll defer to the divine ;)
