You absolutely can, for the really young kids that the idea of CP invokes. Teenagers already post themselves in swimsuits, is that CP?

Plenty of legal of age girls who look like they could be in the 10-12 age range, do you really just want to force ID for everyone and everything?
Stuff with kids is really heavily moderated but people work to find loopholes.
