You absolutely can, for the really young kids that the idea of CP invokes. Teenagers already post themselves in swimsuits, is that CP?

Plenty of legal of age girls who look like they could be in the 10-12 age range, do you really just want to force ID for everyone and everything?
I don't think there are "plenty of women" that look 10-12 years old. Maybe a few, but let's be honest, when we hear CP it invokes like 6 year olds.
