Lincoln Project is supposed to be republicans right? I dont understand them. If I got to the point where I couldn’t vote for the Republican nominee, I certain wouldn’t go all in for the Democratic Party since I have even more issues with them

Neocons left the Democratic party in the 70s because the Neocons supported the Vietnam War and the Democrats were against it post Johnson.
Foreign intervention is their primary issue. They like war with left wing governments, they like war with right wing governments. They like war against Muslim nations like Iraq, they like war for Muslim nations like Kosovo.
They supported Republicans because they thought they were somewhat more likely to be for foreign intervention. They are left wing in pretty much every other way.
