She did hit him with a car, but if you say you "hit somebody with a car" people think blood and gore not moved over a foot and not even knocked down.
Histrionics won't help especially in understanding and predicting the liberal response which will be near-Floyd levels of victimhood for the woman driver.
And when someone claims he can't breathe, I assume he can't breathe, not that he overdosed on the lethal dose of fentanyl he swallowed in order to hide it from police. But here we are.

It's also factually true that he "got pushed by the car a bit". And it conveys a more precise picture of what happened.
Even better I would now say her car was pointed at the guy in front of it when she hit the gas. Asmon had a third video I hadn't seen that clearly shows that.
But insisting on "hit him with the car" is just ragebait. It's not a useful description and it focuses on the results; it doesn't matter if she bumped him or ground him up in the wheel well, what matters is that from the ICE view it looked like she was trying to run him over. That's what makes it a justified shooting not the result.
