My wife and I have had many babies in a row and people look at us like we're weirder than AIDS-ridden faggots. We're regularly asked--even by supposed conservatives--what we're doing for birth control, it's really fucking weird. I bet the same people wouldn't dare ask faggots if they use condoms, but it's okay to ask my wife and I because reproducing while White is a scandal.

My only experience with kids is having to babysit my nephews but there's definitely something about watching those rascals get wide eyed with awe at whatever new thing they find that tugs at the heartstrings.

Well considering up until fairly recently most children died before they hit their teens it's not all that surprising. Plus, in ye olden times children were free labor to help out at home or earn a living. There's a reason most civilised countries have child labor laws after all.
Besides, if you treat your kids right and don't raise them to hate you, then you'll have someone to care for you in your old age. Much better to have someone who already loves you and has known you all their life to watch over you than some random nobody in a nursing home. If you have multiple kids, you can have them all take turns taking care of you.
And if your kids have children of their own, you'll be able to give them some advice or take some of the load off their shoulders by keeping your grandkids busy.
