Because Candace Owens leaked texts that made it possible to suspect Israel was involved over a month later, and TPUSA seemingly confirmed their validity, so the guys who scream that Israel is behind every stubbed toe were able to swarm into the topic and make every single aspect be a question.
And because most people get all their thinking and opinions done for them through talking heads like Owens or Walsh, its now a constant topic of discussion because its now part of that grift for these types to clickbait you into their sphere.
