What do you mean exactly? A book specifically advocating tribalism for white people, or a book about tribalism that isn't anti-white and maybe pro-white?

If you want to persuade leftists, you better get them a book that isn't too far from their current views, or they will just reject it out of hand.

I can't vouch for the whole book, having not read it, but Individualism and the Western Liberal Tradition: Evolutionary Origins, History, and Prospects for the Future by Kevin Macdonald apparently has at least one chapter on this topic according to this blog, which states:

Kevin MacDonald is one of a few evolutionary psychologists who understands that whites are singularly altruistic outside their kin-group, and that explaining this behavior requires a Darwinian approach that is wedded to the history of whites. This is the subject of chapter 7 of his book Individualism and the Western Liberal Tradition. It sounds more academic than instructional, but maybe you can vet it if you find a pdf somewhere.
