Yes, and every GI is supposed to know what that entails?
Every dog-faced pony-soldier is free to decide an order is illegal and refuse?
Because that's the sort of chaos the Democrats want to create.
(I know the term, duh, but you never answered my question: WHO decides?)
Again, who decides what's "illegal"?
Captain: "OK platoon! Fix bayonets and charge that hill!"
Private B: "I refuse, I don't think that's constitutional."
Captain: "Yes Private B! I now take orders from you. Everyone else fix bayonets."
(Everyone else decides it's an "illegal order" too).
Obeying orders is what soldiers are supposed to do. A blatantly illegal one has to be astonishingly obvious for any chance of it being disobeyed. To call for soldiers to disobey orders is treasonous. Period.

Yes, they are supposed to know. You're taught it in basic training. You are responsible for every order you follow.
And each individual can decide, all by his/her self, to follow an order or not & this is fine? (Hint: no it is not)
Yes, mother fucker. The newest private is expected to deny an illegal order.
