So either he got one of the few normal judges in the UK or the police were so shit at their persecution that even a judge on their side couldn't let it slide.

I'm leaning on the latter as UK cops seem a special degree of 'incompetent malice'

Leftist judges rarely care about that, especially not if they are confident the court layer above them is also packed with Leftists.

Doubtful only because the UK establishment doesn't seem to be able to control ANYONE right now.

I bet they tried but they only martyred him to the point that even interacting with him makes them look like the bad guys.

They're destroying Britain just fine. The only thing they need to do is prevent any actual opposition from organizing and becoming a threat which they've been successful at so far.

Since the arrest was unlawful, can he sue the officers now?

People in authoritarian hellscapes like Europe need to start using "duress unlock" codes, faces and fingerprints.

  • Code XXXX - unlock
  • Code YYYY - wipe (the one you give to the Stasi)
  • "Face" picture of you - wipe (needless to say -you- don't use face unlock).
  • Left middle fingerprint - unlock
  • Any other fingerprint - wipe.

Might be a prurient gesture as Apple and Google will give up your data to the government in exchange for a cheeky wink. But it'll at least piss them off and slow them down.

Really wish there was a decent linux phone that didn't have hardware specs from 2010.

When you’re an influencer and you use your influence to help your J’ish occupied government permanently destroy the nation it occupies, they give you a pass sometimes. Attempt to use that influence in any manner that might build real opposition to the browning of your White nation and they will end you.

I learned a long time ago, you have to have a brand new, empty phone to do any overseas traveling. I'm very surprised this man doesn't take better security measures for himself. While I hope he will from now on, I have also read that taking proper security measures gets used against people in some places. Fuck if I know the correct answer.
