Archives don't work for shit on Twitter. The valuable part is the replies rather than the tweet, and they don't get archived.
Ghostarchive.org is pretty decent at capturing Twitter replies.
Although it is slow as fuck.
It also craps out half the time and demands I redo the archive several times in a row.
