Yes. I agree. Ditch the Americans with Disabilities Act. It's too much effort for too little benefit.
Every new building has to accommodate the 0.1% or fewer people who will use it because they're wheelchair-bound or whatever. Ramps that stick out really far because the grade of the slope has to be really low due to this law, that sort of thing.
Besides, you know, blacks, it's one of the largest contributors to building decay in the nation. If you can't build without jumping through hoops, people won't build.
I recently learned about this great scene from the Rodney Dangerfield movie Back To School.

Under appreciated movie, there were a lot of funny scenes like that one.
