Every new building has to accommodate the 0.1% or fewer people who will use it because they're wheelchair-bound or whatever. Ramps that stick out really far because the grade of the slope has to be really low due to this law, that sort of thing.
Besides, you know, blacks, it's one of the largest contributors to building decay in the nation. If you can't build without jumping through hoops, people won't build.
While we're on the subject let's get rid of the ADA too.
