Same can be said about China, yet they seemed to have fudged their numbers to be recorded as the most intelligent nation on Earth.
They collect their official numbers from their elite universities, so the retards you used to be able to watch on Liveleak doing things like kicking open elevator doors and falling to their death because they couldn't understand why they had to wait aren't counted.
You can meet a random Chinaman and know that their numbers are completely falsified nonsense, like literally every other number, headline, and technology China claims to have.
And yet India doesn't even manage to do that despite them having an equal if not even greater culture of scamming.
What does it say about intelligence if one scammer fails and another succeeds with the same scam? At least at the government level China is clearly ahead of India(seriously, with how bad india is I'd be instituting tourist and communication restrictions that would make North Korea call it draconian if I was head of state)
I don't think anyone would disagree that China is leagues ahead of India in terms of capabilities. Their own history is littered with their potential, and its only hampered right now by their culture and government from becoming at least competent if not flourishing again.
Well we know China lies - but look at the South Koreans next door, probably the reason why when they migrate to the US, they all tend to be conservative as fuck, because they're smart enough to know communists deserve no rights, and they have examples of failed communism to the north and WEST of them.
