If this was allowed to be seen by the public, it would reveal that (shock, gasp!) blacks will lie about police brutality like a little brother crying in pain before you hit him after he does something wrong. And that undermines basically all black activism.
Its like women and their refusal to even comprehend the notion that a girl could lie about rape. It would destroy so much of their worldview, and the gains of their politics that its easier to literally deny reality itself across society than try to solve the conundrum it brings.
