i mean even in japan, there used to be the notion that aids was a foreign disease. Depending on you ethnicity, hookers would let you do them raw
It was a foreing disease, untill immoral race-mixers introduced it ( in relatively small amount ) into the Japanese population.
Well, AIDS would be a foreign disease, as each country has a patient zero.
Now, it's possible that japan could have encountered the disease previously and not noticed (as seems to be the case in the US now, where AIDS may have killed someone as early as the 1950's), but it would still be fair to call it foreign.
