They're matrilineal because they needed the bloodline to be pure. The only way to be sure back then was to only count the children birthed by Jewish women.
Which I think may have something to do with mitochondrial DNA iirc. Which at least in mammals (like us) is inherited exclusively from the mother.

In any other culture, sure. However, the Jews have a habit of getting kicked out and shoah'd from every country they move into. This genetic bookkeeping was critical for their people, especially when their magic book tells them they are God's Chosen People and the goyim are little more than talking cattle put on earth to serve them.

One of the only matriarchal cultures in fact, and certainly the only one that wasn't a short lived novelty.
Its honestly one of the most unique things about them and you could probably pull a lot of discussion on how it made them the way they are throughout history.
It's not just that they are matriarchal but their whole being is feminine. There's a reason they hate manual labor and love "virtual thinking" professions like psychology, journalism, Hollywood etc... it's what women are into. They love deceptive (fake realities) over truth. They gaslight like crazy. They (the men as a whole) do everything women (our women) do.
Jews have effectively changed White culture from masculine dominant to feminine dominant because it's IN THEIR NATURE. This is what the genetics of jews lead to for outcomes when they have power and influence even without a round table conspiracy because by their very nature they prefer femininity over masculinity.

Yes. Due to the differences between men & women, matriarchy is not an 1:1 mirror with patriarchy. Matriarchies make women middle management over the vast majority of men, while the men above the middle management insure that women rule over the rest of men.
