The difference is what happens after they get that bill. Whites will suffer, try to pay it, get sent to collections or end up bankrupt. Because that's the correct way to deal with these ridiculous abusive medical bills. The hospital will get some portion of its money back regardless, because most whites aren't gonna just declare bankruptcy immediately. And because they've jacked up the prices so high to play their little game with insurance companies, getting some back is usually most of the "real" cost of it.
Blacks and illegals will do none of the above. They have zero to garbage credit scores, on paper own little to nothing that isn't government funded to begin with, and, in the case of illegals, will just disappear if you try to push them on it. The hospital will get nothing back and will eat the cost of Manuela and Shaniqua with their 9 malnourished kids constantly in and out. A cost that gets passed on to the generalized public to offset, because the doctors and corporate owners demand line never stop going up.

That's just not true, it's fully a class distinction, not a race distinction. No, white people are not going to pay for it when the bill comes back well over $150,000. A friend of mine had a family member who had a stroke. Bill came back $450,000. They didn't pay anything because there was no reason to. Importantly: it would have been to dangerous to. If they had started paying bills before they filed for bankruptcy, that would have been used against them in bankruptcy court. So they didn't. Given their situation, no one should do anything different unless their in the upper-class income bracket.
Outside of that, no, you don't go to the hospital because it's too expensive. You go to an Urgent Care clinic, you get prescribed to many drugs you don't need and are addictive, and then you just muddle your way through life. This is what everybody does when they don't have insurance. If you go to the hospital and you need a surgery, or a multi-night stay. Start looking for a bankruptcy attorney because he's cheaper than the bill you're about to get hit with.
This is actually what killed Obamacare. The health insurance companies were supporting it originally because they figured they'd make insane amounts of money by forcing everyone into their business. When everyone started getting health insurance, their payouts exploded because the poor in America were sicker and more injured than anyone ever imagined (which is what RFK has been trying to tell them), and they turned against it because mandates meant they were losing money hand over fist.
If a black family is making over $250,000, sure, they'll pay their medical bills. If a white family is making a total household income of $55,000, no, they're not paying shit. Maybe they get insurance from their employer, but after their insurer ends their contribution, they're filing for bankruptcy and aren't spending anymore than the mandated co-pay that the insurance company requires of them, if that.
