It's sad because he's really funny, I love most of his skits.
But voice acting is the one place where your race/sex/etc don't matter. All that matters is how good your vocal performance is.
In fact, its one place where your performance can be so powerful that it overrides any complaints on this front. Keith David could voice a white dude and all but the most strict of racists wouldn't support it.
