Funnily enough I saw a report somewhere that older houses were selling for higher than new houses and the main reason was new homes are now needing another 10k plus in rework because of rushed builds.
Just dig under the sod to find how much filth is thrown into the dirt. It's appaling. Nails, screws, plastic retainers, wire, food wrappers, drywall pieces, bricks, insulation, I've found all of it, and more, while doing landscaping, tilling, resisting, and digging for houses built by Mexicans.
