Courts in Europe have been captured by leftist activists. The rule of law is pretty much dead.

All through the west. Soros and his ilk played moneyball by targeting the judicial system. It's really the only flank that is not only completely in enemy hands, but no-one really has a solution for.

Part 3 of the most recent posts I've made here:

Pt 1: https://kotakuinaction2.win/p/19BtGYhV6y/get-womped-uk-high-court-evicts-/c/

Pt 2: https://kotakuinaction2.win/p/19BtUUlqEK/x-trend-migrants-human-rights-un/c/

London's Court of Appeal on August 29, 2025, overturned a High Court injunction, allowing the Home Office to continue housing asylum seekers at the Bell Hotel in Epping, Essex. The ruling prioritized migrant rights under human rights laws, despite local protests and concerns from Epping Forest District Council about community disruptions and safety. Home Secretary Yvette Cooper defended the decision as essential for managing asylum backlogs, but it has sparked widespread backlash from politicians and residents, amplifying debates over immigration policy under Prime Minister Keir Starmer's government.

1

The Home Office wins its Epping appeal.

A Government against its own people.

2

You cannot have a British government saying illegal foreign immigrants are the first legal priority over tax paying British people - this is an insane position to hold & expect the support of your people. As a government you are now officially working against the electorate

3

BREAKING‼️ The Home Office has WON the High Court battle over Epping’s Bell Hotel - thanks to the three Labour-voting judges:

4

COURT RULES AGAINST EPPING CLOSURE OF THE BELL HOTEL

The Government is at war with the British people.

We will peacefully protest on Sunday in HUGE numbers, under our democratic right to do so.

5

He says he wants to shut illegal migrant hotels but @Keir_Starmer fights tooth and nail to keep them open.

Against the wishes of local residents and the local authority the Epping hotel will now stay open.

So much for democracy and the security of British citizens.

Illegal migrants are more important to Starmer.

The govt in contempt of the people - again.

6

This is an extremely disappointing decision.

Yvette Cooper used taxpayer money - your money - to keep open a hotel housing illegal migrants.

The Government’s lawyers argued accommodating illegal migrants was in the “national interest”.

In court they said the right of illegal migrants to free hotels is more important than the rights of the British people.

Etc.

The Judge actually said the local residents of Epping's 'fear of crime' is outweighed by the 'undesirability of incentivizing protests' 😳
