Only correction I would make is that it's mostly genetics, everything else is downstream. How many times have you seen a white family adopt a negro and the kid becomes a feral? Hell, we just had a story here where a black dude said that he saved tuition for his hasian kids and bond money for his full negro kids.
You could steal every negro, jeet, and mulatto kid from their parents at the moment of their birth and set them up on a planet orbiting another star, and within three generations, they would revert to their nature.
Tabula Rasa is a leftist lie, and evolution doesn't stop at the neck. The reason that non European and Asian cultures never evolved isn't colonialism or racism or hoarding of capital or luck, it's because of the people that built up those societies.
Genetics ARE important, and the age that things get "set in stone" is roughly 4-6 years old. Adopting after that makes it very hard to change the child's basic understanding.
Still? Plenty of success stories are out there, they just get far less attention. & it doesn't have to be PoC's children. My Uncle & Aunt tried to adopt the 3 orphaned girls (10, 8 and 5 iirc. Their boys were 12, 10 and 7 at the time) of a local family. The parents died in a car crash. The 2 older girls were beyond redemption, but the youngest was saved. The parents were "Carmen Hillbillies" ie: white prairie folk who would be hillbillies if any hills were within 100 miles... I mean there's literally NO hills!
