The wrestler didn't realize that nignog didn't understand the situation and immediately apologized. So no Stu couldn't have predicted that something would go horribly wrong. Not when he smashed the fake bottle over his head nor after he apologized for the misunderstanding.
The only thing that could've prevented this entire situation would've been 'racism'. By treating every black person like a potential nigger that could have a nigger moment at any given moment.
