Bro, I'm telling you what the law is. If you can properly articulate that the punch was likely to kill you or hospitalize you (like Brock Lesnar trying to Knockout-Game you), then that's a different story.
And I'm telling you that the law doesn't matter and that until you gain that important life experience of getting punched in the face by someone who knows how to throw a punch, you will never understand how absolutely fucking retarded you are being right now.

The difference is that in that scenario I will get the chance to speak to an attorney, whereas you will be dead on the sidewalk because you tried to follow the law and didn't realize that the law, much like you, fails to correctly identify a lethal threat and the appropriate response to it.
