Women grooming standards is a touchy subject. Most men in the US military are terrified of enforcing it because it almost always draws complaints. In general, women have to have their hair up in a bun if it is long enough to go past the collar if it is down. If not in a bun, it can't be longer than the bottom of the collar in the back.
IME, women are always fussing with it when doing anything that involves physical labor, so I believe they should just have the same standard as men do.
Are US military grooming standards also lower for women?
