All of it sounds like ass.
I'm sure the two vegans who go there per year appreciate it, though.
If you took out the Impossible Sausage most of that could just be "we have vegetables here and serve them as the main course sometimes."
Its that one little detail that, if true, betrays a specific intent that goes against literally everything their brand is meant to evoke. And unravels any benefit of doubt they could be given.
