That would be "Palestine", surely. The "neither" side would be those with more nuanced views, ranging from "Why should we care about the Middle East?" to "Both of them have pros and cons" to "Fuck 'em both, one side is filled with savages that can't fit in civilized society and the other is filled with meddling parasites that are ruining the world".
I'm firmly in the "fuck em both" category. Let them kill each other, not our problem.
