Fun fact, Scottish law explicitly states only men can commit rape. The female equivalent is referred to as sexual assault, with various platitudes claiming both are equal in the eyes of the law in terms of severity and punishment.
Neither of which is true, and even if it was its definitely not seen as equal in the eyes of the public.
I believe the same is in place in America. Most Anglo States are ass backwards jew subverted midwit countries. Female genital mutilation is illegal, male genital mutilation is not.

This is the so-called 'compromise' of the establishment on the growing discontent amongst the hoi polloi with the gender bender mania of the ivory tower elite.
