Where's this 30 figure coming from? Did a new rape gang anecdote drop from Britain?
Also, we are in a bizarre era of censorship if tweeters have to partially obscure scary trigger words within an image to not get flagged.
There was a 12-year old girl who was raped walking home by at least two independent groups of Pakistanis. Might have been 3. The last group dragged her into one of their houses and called their friends and family over, so she ended up getting raped by at least over 15 men. Not sure if it was 30.
So the story even cuts in another way, that a random Pakistani passing by on the street is more likely to rape you than not if you're a lone girl.
I think you're missing the forest for the rape trees if you're getting hung up on the number 30.
Although it could be a good rhetorical trap.
"Your right, I retract my claim in the presence of fact checking, it wasn't 30 it was ackually only 20"
I just saw similar posts on Twitter before this and was confused about what brought that up. I guess it is just a theorized likelihood getting spread about.
This is actually an older story from decades ago, this is just a common trend.
