Literally any web proxy will work for your case. The first one that came up [proxysite.com] even had a button for Reddit. Though I had to allow scripts and shit for it to do anything, so use at your own risk.
It's not every VPN IP. Just the majority. You'll have to keep fishing until you find one. You can contact your VPN provider and ask them which IPs work for Reddit.

you have to open up a completely new browser on the IP. they use browser fingerprinting.
I’m also on the Reddit permanent ban shit list. One day that website (cesspool) will be a nice internet archive for tech support. That’s about it.
