She started a fight (in my opinion, hard to say what lead up to this) lost badly and then ran people over in revenge.

Alot of appalchians moved to the city during the 1930's and again a few times later. Alot of jews lived there to I guess, helping run the systems used to exploit the locals and their resources in nearby kentucky and places.
Its definetly a crazy place, but most of the people there seem to like living there. I spent alot of time lurking their sub, because its one of the places im looking to move back too.
