I found a comic telling the story of a Sister of Battle falling for a Black Templar. Even the commenters are confused why it exists. I think this will be a thread the left uses to take over the game.

Considering all the mods the Custodes get would they even need sex organs?
The 2 functions are: a) urination, and b) reproduction.
Custodes are made, not bred. Even the newer Primaris versions are made or simply upgraded OG Custodes. Sex doesn't play into it, it's never needed post augmentation.
As for urination with all the other mods going on improving the function of the renal/kidney system, [and everything else], to near perfect efficiency would remove the need for it. Create some gene-seed organ that uses the nitrogenous waste products in some way, there's enough xenos in 40k that one of them will be Nitrogen based and give someone an idea how to let Custodes copy that.
That's the wrong question. Space Marines and Custodes are men; their default state is to have sex organs. There's no reason to believe they have been castrated, and no decent reason to want them to have been.
They really are a virus, unable to stop attacking and rapeing things into their own image. They will never assimilate to the community because they actually hate the product and the fans.
They are servants of the ruinous powers.
W40K was always aromantic and asexual. Space marines are assumed to either not feel lust from the changes made to them or practice perfect abstinence as part of their discipline.
Lust and strong emotions are tied to a chaos god, after all.
EDIT - I just checked the link and it's just fan fiction. If properly in-universe, it would be the first act of a fall into chaos, no doubt.
Yeah, it's fan fiction, but that's where a lot of the problems start. The fan fiction groups get really angry if their ship stays in port.
