Times are changing somewhat, and maybe this survey and the amount of sex gen z are notoriously not having are starting to show it.

Teenage hormones will still have young guys doing stupid things to dip their wick... But only once. I've seen a couple young guys experience modern women for the first time and become entirely disillusioned immediately after, turning almost mgtow without the label or at least demanding a lot from any woman before they would consider dating them.

And good for them, most of the women in their peer groups are useless slobs who can't even support themselves and have all the consideration and compassion of a rusty nail, they aren't worth a damn in anyone's life.

Back in the heyday of bodybuilding.com's misc, someone made a plenty of fish profile with a ~250 pound woman who had photoshopped stubble and a pig nose. They also said the woman had a penis looking growth on her leg. The miscer then posted screen shots of the replies from would be suitors flowing in. Most were obviously mentally deficient, but quite a few were normal looking dudes. I think dating apps have massively skewed an already out of balance dynamic between men and women leading to women mistaking a guy who wants to have casual sex for their actual dating market. Men who don't check certain boxes favored on the apps become disillusioned over the whole process and opt out.

Plenty of men who marry their highschool and college sweetheart who have never been with anyone else. And if my coworkers are a reasonable sample, who have simply opted out of dating entirely lately.
