Review of what? What law are they breaking? Who cares if they are white supremacist?
Clearly its not a federal one because Freedom, Georgia exists as a black only/supremacist town already.
And as I mentioned below, Elohim City has existed for decades as a white one.

It's a mystery, and the only thing I can say for sure is that anyone that outright blames a certain group gets punished at an institutional level
If they actually incorporate as a town, they would actually have to provide for public access, which would create a constitutional issue.
Which is why they probably won't and it will be an entirely privately owned community.
Which means nothing.
