The article says that only 4% of vaccines still use it, as they were phased out decades ago, but still a good thing to get rid of the remaining ones
We also haven't engaged in mass fire-bombing campaigns of civilian areas in recent years. Probably still a good idea not to make sure we don't start it up again.
