Well at least their slogan is better . They are saying "Japanese people first" rather than "Japan first" . Putting people first instead of state is already a big improvement from the "America First" slogan. Though to take it further i think they should say "Yamato people first"
Yeah. "America First" is great and all, but was clearly not well defined enough for our scumbag elites. Americans First is much better, but they'll still feign ignorance over what an "American" is.
Basically, the core problem is the people who rule over us hate us.

Subverted in what way?
Textbook crying out in pain as they strike you. The "madness" in the US is the inevitable blowback to subversive scum metastisizing throughout the halls of power. Predictably, subversive scum will attempt to sell the preemptive subversion of society as a defense against the backlash to that very subversion.
And once they have their foot in the door, the solution to any "unintended" consequence of this subversion will obviously be to subvert society even harder. We have seen this pattern repeat 109 times or so in human history.
Their intention seems to be preventing some 'madness' from spreading to Japan. I can only assume they're a regressive based on the username (muh Star Wars reference), but the same idea could be about preventing wokeness, too.
Yeah, based on the title this is about MAGA, but there are plenty of people more on our side who say the same things. And it's fine, if done respectfully. If you go over there, realize and acknowledge you're a foreigner, but want to warn Japan, that's one thing. That's not inherently subversive.
I do agree with OP that this seems subversive though, since it seems more aimed at interfering in their political processes than giving them advice from a place of love. Note the framing, too. The reason for moving to Japan from the USA (not that they'll even do it, probably), is that they hate the US, not that they appreciate Japan.
They're a tourist, and they need to fuck off. From both countries, ideally.
